Welcome to your Future, Referenced. I have spent years working with people across the world on their future plans, whether practical support with applications to jobs, exploring and uncovering career pathways, or providing research and group training. I’ve aimed to do this in ways that are imaginative, effective and engaging - which is why I now write and talk about things here.

Who am I?

I'm Barnaby - a careers coach, consultant, and professional skills trainer experienced in supporting and engaging diverse groups of people ranging from students (undergraduate to executive level) to accomplished professionals worldwide. I’ve also previously become both an author and theatre critic by accident.
